Главный герой фильма «Стрелок» - Боб Ли Суэггер (Марк Уолберг) когда-то был самым лучшим снайпером в американских войсках. После гибели своего напарника Боб поселился в горной деревушке, завел собаку и стал вести затворническую жизнь, стараясь не вспоминать о своем боевом прошлом. Но рано или поздно его добровольное заточение могло быть нарушено. Так и случилось, когда в захолустье, где проживал Боб, появилась делегация военных во главе с полковником Джонсоном (Дэнни Гловер). Армейский командир сообщает бывшему снайперу, что на президента США планируется покушение.
Поэтому Джонсон обращается к Бобу с просьбой исполнить свой гражданский долг и предотвратить это покушение. Полковник сообщает Бобу список из трех городов, где планируется посещение президента. Задача Боба – побывать в этих городах и оценить все возможные варианты покушения, чтобы предложить способ предотвращения убийства президента. Проанализировав ситуацию, Боб составляет отчет, предполагая, что возможное покушение произойдет в Филадельфии. Единственное, что не смог предположить опытный снайпер, что он будет втянут в коварный заговор и станет мишенью для хитрых планов продажных военных и политиков…

The White House Arrival Ceremony is not open to the public. Guests must have a ticket to attend.

11:00 AM:

Following the Pope’s meeting with the President, he will tour the Ellipse and parts of the National Mall.

There are no tickets required for the papal parade, but security around the secure area will be strict. Gates will open at 4 a.m. and close promptly at 10 a.m. after which no one will be allowed in the secure area. There will be four entrances to the parade viewing area, including:

East of the Ellipse on Constitution Avenue
West of the Ellipse on Constitution Avenue
East of the Washington Monument near Jefferson Drive and 15th Streets NW

Midday Prayer with U.S. bishops at Saint Matthew’s Cathedral in D.C.

This event will be closed to the public

4:15 PM:

Junipero Serra Canonization Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

Tickets to the Mass will be distributed through local parishes. The Catholic University Campus will be closed to members of the public during the Mass.

Visit to Festival of Families at Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Prayer Vigil with World Meeting of Families.

Access to certain areas of the parkway will require tickets, but tickets are not necessary to attend this day’s events. Forty jumbotrons, located down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and other locations in the city, will show the events live, including the public coverage of Pope Francis.
